A major review of our treasury management operations means that we can now be more pro-active in managing interest rates and we have made significant efficiency improvements in our loans.
Wandle's information and communication technology has been completely modernised over the last 2 years. In addition we have upgraded our switchboard to ensure more lines are available when residents call, and can draft in extra staff to answer calls at peak times. We are seeking to improve correspondence handling and invoicing by moving to a digital system.
