Making Rent Payments
Your rent is due each week in advance. You can use any of the following methods to pay your rent and service charges.
At shops
Use your Wandle rent card to pay your rent at any shop displaying these signs:


The e-pay network
You can now make rent payments using your card anywhere that displays the e-pay sign (see logo above).
By standing order or direct debit
Please call Customer Services on 0800 731 2030 and ask for a standing order or a direct debit form.
If you choose to pay by direct debt, once we have received two payments we will give you £20.
If you pay your rent by standing order you must let your bank or building society know when your rent chnages, if you don't you could fall into arrears.
On-line at allpayments.net
Go to www.allpayments.net and enter the reference number on your payment card.
By phone
You can call Customer Services on 0800 731 2030 with your debit/credit card details between 9am and 5pm or you can ring Allpay 24/7 on 0870 243 6040.
By post

Please make cheques payable to Wandle HA and write your tenancy number and address on the back.
In person
You can call at our Mitcham Road or Lugard Road office and pay by cheque or credit/debit card but not cash.
If your rent account has not been more than one week in arrears over the last 12 months, we will enter you into a twice-yearly prize draw for a chance to win one of three money prizes.
Every three months we’ll send you a statement showing your current rent balance. If this shows you are in arrears please contact us straight away to discuss how you plan to clear your debt.
