Emergencies

If you have an out-of-hours’ emergency please call 020 8871 6900 for immediate help and advice. 

Emergencies include serious damage to your property, loss of essential services or anything that puts you and your family in serious danger.

Repairs

When you report a repair we will tell you when it will be carried out and who will do the work, making sure that our contractors carry identification and follow our agreed code of conduct.

We routinely check residents are happy with repairs and check a percentage to make sure they meet our high standards. If you’re not happy with a repair, we’ll send a surveyor out to see what the problem is.

Wandle also carries out legally required gas safety checks once a year and carries out routine external decorating and maintenance on its homes every six years.

Estate Services

Wandle will choose cleaning and gardening services that offer good quality services and value for money and tell you when the work will be carried out. 

We will inspect your estate every six to eight weeks - letting you know when we are visiting.

We will also invite you to join our staff on an estate walkabout at least once a year and involve you in deciding what improvements should be carried out to communal areas.
