We will keep rents affordable in line with Government guidelines and send you a rent statement four times a year or more often if you ask us to.
All rent enquiries will be dealt with within 10 working days and any overpayments will be refunded promptly.

New lettings
Wandle will let most properties within 24 days of them becoming empty, interview every housing applicant and spend as much time with you as you need when you sign your tenancy agreement to make sure you fully understand it.
We will complete any large or complex repairs before you move in and make an appointment to complete any minor repairs after you have moved in.
Locks on external doors will be changed before you move in and we will also carry out safety checks on gas and electricity supplies.
If you apply for a transfer, we will assess your priority and needs and offer you any properties we can based on those.
Once a year, we’ll tell you realistically when you are likely to get an offer, based on your needs, and how many other people are on the list.
