Resident Involvement

Wandle is strongly committed to resident involvement. Five residents sit on our main Board and we are keen to offer everyone different ways to get involved in Wandle, your scheme or estate and local community.

We’ll tell you how we’re performing at least once a year and give you the chance to get involved in planning, checking or monitoring our services.

Equality and Diversity

Making sure that everyone can use our services is very important.

That’s why we provide translations and interpreters for people whose first language is not English and maker sure that all written information is clear and free of jargon.

Our offices all (check) have disabled access and special facilities are provided so that residents with sight and hearing problems can use our services.

We also promise to respect the privacy of all residents, keep your details confidential and treat you fairly at all times.

Wandle Staff

Making sure that we have first-class staff is very important. We ensure that our staff are well trained so that they have the knowledge and skills they need to offer you the best service they can.

We will make sure we keep you up-dated on any staffing changes that affect you. For example, we will write to you within two weeks if your housing officer changes.
