Getting Involved
Wandle has a Resident Participation Strategy which explains how residents can get involved in the work of the Association. We have recently reviewed and up-dated our strategy with help from residents and the Board of Management looks at how well it is working four times a year.
We also have a Consultation and Communication Policy which ensures that there are lots of ways residents can become active within the Association, depending on what suits them best. The feedback we received from two resident surveys on communications have helped us to develop this policy.
