Individual Residents
As a Wandle resident you will be asked from time to time about the different kinds of services we provide. You may be asked to complete a Customer Satisfaction survey for any of our services, such as complaints, repairs or communication.
For example, we carried out two in-depth surveys on written and telephone communication in 2000 and 2002. These surveys highlighted that most residents contact us by phone and are increasingly using email and the internet. They also contributed to changes in our Consultation and Communications Policy and led to the introduction of our freephone Customer Services phone number (0800 731 2030).
And in 2002 and 2005 we carried out a General Needs Tenant Survey developed by the National Housing Federation. Using this survey enables us to compare the feedback we receive with other housing associations.
We regularly send out forms about satisfaction with repairs and with complaints and our Community Development Team sent out a survey to all residents last year about Wandle News, our quarterly residents magazine.
