Residents Panel & Focus Group

Wandle has a Residents Panel - 200 residents who have said they would like to take part in postal or telephone surveys or join a focus group that focuses on a particular aspect of our services, like repairs.

If you would like to join the Residents Panel please send your name, address, telephone numbers (home, work and mobile) and email address to:

You can also email your details to communitydevelopment@wandle.com with a note saying you’d like to join the consumer panel.

Focus groups are usually set up to concentrate on one specific aspect of Wandle's service. They can provide residents with the opportunity to participate in a less formal way.
