Training and Development

We are committed to training and developing out staff to achieve business goals and for their personal career development.

Investors in People: Wandle has been accredited under the IiP scheme (the national standard which sets out a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals) since 2003.

Training and Development: staff are encouraged to develop their skills and knowledge through various training and development initiatives. Wandle provide:
- induction programmes
- on-the-job training courses (linked to both individual and organisational training plans)
- structured appraisals and reviews to enable personal development
- annual conferences
- sponsorship towards a professional / vocation qualification including day release under the Further Education procedure
- paid subscriptions to professional bodies.
