Wandle's Property and Technical Services (P&TS) Team are responsible for organising your day-to-day repairs service - the service that responds when you report a problem.

What P&TS do

When you report a repair, we: 

  • Book a surveyor's appointment to check what work needs to be done. You can choose a morning, lunchtime or afternoon appointment to suit your lifestyle.
  • Send someone from our contractors to do the work at a time to suit you. You can choose a morning or afternoon appointment.
  • Make sure we get value for money from the companies we contract to do your repairs
  • Manage the contractors to make sure we get quality work done
  • Answer any complaints about the repairs service and put things right.

Our contractors

Axis

Axis are Wandle's chosen partner for all day-to-day repairs work.  They specialise in the improvement and maintenance of properties. Axis is not aiming to be the biggest service provider - they do, however, intend to be the best.

K&T Heating

K&T Heating are our chosen contractors for gas and heating safety. They provide an annual gas safety inspection to nearly 40,000 properties throughout London and the South East, helping us meet our legal requirement as landlords to have every property that we rent serviced every 12 months.
