My Wandle

To be able to look at your information you need to register. You will need to have:

• your rent account number
• your date of birth
• your rent/swipe card number
• a valid e-mail address

You will also be asked to choose a favourite word.

Once you have registered we will e-mail your PIN (personal identification number) to you.

You will then need to Log On to My Wandle using your PIN. Once you have logged in you will be able to:

• look at and update your personal details (phone numbers etc)
• look at your rent account
• ask for a rent statement
• ask for a direct debit form
• look at repairs ordered and carried out to your home.
