Wandle is a modern and vibrant housing association working across 11 London boroughs. Our vision of "building communities and good places to live" puts residents firmly at the heart of our business. We strive to provide more than simple landlord services to the residents of the 6,013 homes we own and manage, because we care about people and the places where we live and work.
Many of our staff and Board members live and work in the communities we serve across South London. They bring local knowledge which we value and which helps us work closely with residents to deliver new homes and services.
Working in the capital is challenging. There is a high demand for all types of housing and building more affordable homes remains one of our main priorities.
