Wandle's Action Plan was approved and signed off by residents on 3rd March.
The Audit Commission's short notice inspection took place over three days in November 2009 and initial results were published in January 2010.
In February 2010 we asked residents for their views on our services and on the points raised by the Audit Commission.
We consulted with residents in a number of ways such as staff visiting residents in their homes and holding surgeries, conducting surveys, asking for email and telephone feedback and talking to established working groups. We also held a special Ask The Audience event to obtain residents views.
Residents, staff and Board members all worked together to produce Wandle's detailed Action Plan which is our response to the Audit Commission.
The Plan was approved and signed off on 3rd March 2010 and submitted to the Audit Commission on 5th March 2010.
You can view information on the overall summary of the action plan and see what residents told us and what we're going to do about:
At the end of March the Audit Commission will let us know what our prospects are for improving our services by looking at the plan and the other evidence they gathered in November when they visited us.
