Being awarded Preferred Partner status by the London Borough of Croydon and becoming a Preferred Partner with the London Borough of Lewisham to develop the Hither Green Hospital site.
Receiving a £15.5 million allocation from the Housing Corporation to develop new homes
Starting the restructure of Wandle's Housing Services Department to improve services and communication with residents
Developing the Community Education Centre on the Phipps Bridge Estate, Merton
Establishing Wandle's Consumer Panel
Carrying out a satisfaction survey of all Leaseholders
Reviewing Wandle's Complaints process
Introducing our new freephone telephone number
Employing and equipping Wandle's direct labour operative to carry out minor repairs in Wandsworth and Merton.
