Corporate Plan

Our long-term Corporate Plan explains how we intend to build on the good relationships we have established with our residents and the local councils where we work and our reputation for delivering good quality services.

It also stresses the importance of working with local agencies to respond to the diverse cultural backgrounds, needs and aspirations of the local community.

• Celebrating diversity and equality in everything we do and finding ways to make our services more accessible and responsive to the communities we serve.
• Putting neighbourhoods at the heart of how we work and what we do.
• Expanding our work in south London in a controlled way, in line with our long-term corporate plan.
• Ensuring that new development is sustainable - well designed, secure, effectively maintained and properly managed. Developments that offer different types of housing and include commercial and community facilities are becoming more common and we’re well equipped to meet this challenge.
• Making sure that people want us as their landlord, employer or partner by valuing them and their potential.
• Setting challenging performance targets to improve our services, quality and efficiency.
