Service Improvement Groups

The Service Improvement groups will be made up of any customer who wants to get involved but will prefer to do so online. We understand that not all our residents are able to attend regular meetings – so to ensure we meet their needs, we have developed a virtual forum to get their views and opinions on our services.

What you will be doing

This is a virtual group which allows you to review customer-facing documents, policies, strategies, procedures and service standards online, to ensure they are clear and customer-friendly. You will also be able to take part in online surveys and feedback initiatives, to shape and improve services.
