Tracey Lees, Chief Executive

Tracey Lees became Wandle Housing Association's Chief Executive in March 2015. Tracey joined Wandle from the Barnet Group (including Barnet Homes) where she had been the CEO since 2008.
She has worked for more than 30 years in social housing for a number of Local Authorities, Registered Providers and ALMOs, and has a very broad knowledge of all aspects of Wandle’s business.

troy Troy Henshall - Executive Director, Business Services and Transformation

Troy joined Wandle from the Barnet Group where most recently he was group chief executive. Troy began his career in the private sector working in insurance, outsourcing and consultancy before moving into housing when he joined ECHG and led on the merger between them and the Riverside Group.  Troy has also worked for First Wessex as corporate services director.

Suzanne is an experienced housing specialist with over 10 years’ experience at senior and executive level.

Suzanne is a RICS qualified surveyor, with a strong portfolio of building and leading transformational change across front line housing, asset and safety services, delivering high performing, customer-focussed services to diverse communities.

Suzanne joins Wandle from Southern Housing Group, where she was the Director of Building Safety and prior to that Director of Homes and Property Services. She is also a committee member at Estuary Housing Association. 


Grant Shipley, Executive Director, Finance grant shipley

Grant is an experienced finance director who has worked in the housing sector for over 30 years in executive, interim and consultancy roles. He has a clear focus on providing   high quality management information and delivering business improvement services for clients, both directly and through his own consultancy company. He joined Wandle in January 2021.


Yinka Bolaji, Executive Director, Property and Development yinka

Yinka joined Wandle in October 2016 as Executive Director of Property and Development. He has over 20 years’ experience in housing and social care sector, lately in senior management roles at Genesis and Anchor Trust.

He is passionate about Wandle’s role as a landlord with a long term commitment to our communities. Yinka has successfully developed a wide range of projects and has implemented asset management strategies with significant business and investment planning elements.


MATT Matt Spittles, Interim Executive Director of Maintenance

Matt joined Wandle in September 2021, his previous full time role was as Director of Property & Development with a midlands based registered provider. He is also a serving Non-Executive Director with two organisations in the housing sector.

With 15 years experience in leadership roles, Matt will be focusing on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the repairs and maintenance service with a target of improving customer satisfaction.

Matt has a  people-centred approach and a strong commitment to improving services, working closely with colleagues on a corporate level to take Wandle forward.
