Support for residents in financial difficulty

Helping hand fund  to help with furniture and white goods

Customers on a low income and with no access to savings can apply to our Helping Hand Fund for support to buy household essentials. The maximum award is £400, however in exceptional circumstances a higher award may be considered.

You could qualify for full or part payment for the cost of high quality second hand furniture, delivery, any installation needed and 12 month warranty. This offer is means tested, so customers in employment can also apply.

We are a referral partner for Trussell Trust Foodbanks. For any of our customers experiencing financial crisis or hardship, we can issue a food voucher to ensure you have access to food from your nearest foodbank in the event of a crisis situation.
