How to pay your rent and other charges
Your rent is due each week in advance. You can use the following methods to pay your rent or other charges:
Using Internet banking (payment online)

- Please ensure you quote the reference number on your payment card
Online using Allpay
You can pay online at www.allpayments.net, or you can download the Allpay app:
Telephone
You can call Wandle's automated payment service with your debit/credit card details on 0330 041 6497. Calls to this number are charged at 7p per minute, plus your standard network charge.

Direct Debit
To set up a monthly Direct Debit please contact us on 0300 2000 120. We offer five monthly payment dates you can choose from, 1st, 7th, 14th, 21st or 28th of every month. Download the New Direct Debit mandate form.
Standing Order
To set up a standing order, please contact us on 0300 2000 120 and we will send you the standing order mandate you need to complete for your bank.
Shops
With your Wandle rent card, you can pay at any shop displaying the PayPoint, Post Office or allpay.net signs.
