Wandle is keen to work with residents to improve our services and create neighborhoods that they are proud to live in. MyVoice sets out our commitment towards listening and responding to our customers’ views and improving the issues and challenges that matter most to them. This includes improving our communication, reducing anti-social behaviour, improving the local environment and providing help and advice to assist them to sustain their tenancies. MyVoice will focus in Croydon, Wandsworth, Southwark, Merton and Lambeth.
As part of this new approach we will consult with residents to develop improvement plans which will be monitored by residents through Neighbourhood Panels. Wandle will also provide funding to help deliver initiatives and work with local partners to deliver projects that will improve your local area.
We are looking for residents to take part in the MyVoice panel in their local area.
Meetings will take place at a local venue once every six weeks and thereafter quarterly.
These meetings will become virtual once the group is formed and the Terms of Reference have been signed off by its members.
As a member of the MyVoice Panel you will have the opportunity to work with other residents to;
· Agree the neighbourhood plan for your area
· Help design the estate inspections process
· Make recommendations to allocate funding for initiatives
· Oversee the plan and monitor how stakeholders are performing
