We are launching our Homeowners survey on Friday 24 May via email and telephone. If we have an email address on file for you, you should have been emailed a link to the survey. If not, you might get a phone call from Arena Partnership to take part.
The survey is designed to help us understand your views on the services that we provide to you as a homeowner. Here’s three reasons why you should take part in the survey.
1. Help us to shape and improve our services
We get it, we don’t always get things right, but our value ‘Think Customer’, means that we will always try to improve. Without your feedback and participation in this survey we cannot make the changes that you want. The survey takes only ten minutes to complete, this is your chance to influence our service delivery.
2. You can be really honest - it's completely anonymous
The survey is being conducted by Arena Partnership, so the answers you give are anonymous and will not be linked to you as an individual. This means that you can have an open and honest dialogue about your experiences with our services in confidence.
3. Not just a tick box exercise
After the survey has closed, we will publish the results on our Homeownership forum in August. This will allow discussion to take place between you, other homeowners and representatives from Wandle on how we approach our services moving forward. Then, you and other homeowners will be able to discuss the results and what changes need to be made with Wandle staff, and we can start to make improvements.
