We have been making a lot of changes recently to the way we get repairs fixed in your home.
As part of our commitment to improve our repairs service, we are also looking at how we can make our repairs policy clearer and a better reflection of the way we work today.
Before we make any changes, we want to know what you think.
The proposed changes will affect you differently depending on whether you are a leaseholder or tenants.

Repairs Focus Group Session
