Residents’ Annual Report – 2019/20
We are looking for a panel of tenants and leaseholders to help compile this year’s residents’ annual report.
Working with other residents, and with staff support, you will guide:
The format of the annual report for residents
What information should be included
What is an annual report?
An annual report is a comprehensive document detailing a company's activities
and performance over the year.
Why join the task and finish group?
The annual report is the document that tells everyone how Wandle has performed in the previous year, about things that matter to residents.
We want the residents’ annual report to be a partnership project between staff and residents, delivering a report that is comprehensive, easy to understand, and means that residents can get a full picture of how Wandle is performing.
Make real decisions about the annual report for residents, from data selection to design
Get a greater understanding of how Wandle works
Pick up transferrable skills and experience
What will you be doing?
The task and finish group will work with a blend of 2 or 3 online meetings and digital forum participation and/or updates between meetings.
At our first meeting, you will receive a full project briefing, including an introduction to the purpose of the residents’ annual report, an overview of performance data from 2019/20, and agree how you would like to work within the timeframe.
You’ll be able to look at previous reports, and reports from other organisations to decide content and format.
What you can expect from us
We will always treat you with respect. We will provide the group with all the information and support requested, as long as it is practical, and if we can’t - we’ll explain why. We will make sure that you understand what is being asked of the group, and
We will implement recommendations from the group as far as practical, subject to constraints of the project.
Involved residents will be credited in the annual report.
We will carry out an evaluation of the project at its conclusion, so that any learnings can be implemented in next year’s annual report, and other involvement opportunities.
