The Complaints Failure Index: Our response

Today Inside Housing published an article including a league table on Housing Ombudsman determinations between 2017 and 2020.

Wandle began a major transformation programme in 2019 that aims to significantly improve services to our customers and complaints is an area we had already prioritised for improvement as we acknowledge that our performance in this area has not been acceptable to us, our Board, or our customers.
