Doing business with Wandle
As a provider of housing and community services, we procure a wide range of works, goods and services. We are keenly aware of our responsibility of achieving value for money. We abide by our own internal rules and procedures and those contained in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 15).
Wandle does not have any kind of Approved or Preferred Supplier List. If your company is interested in supplying works, services or goods to Wandle, please consider the following:
- If your company supplies construction, cleaning or grounds maintenance works services or goods please consider registering with Constructionline. We advertise opportunities to work for us on Constructionline’s Opportunities Notice Board.
- We advertise opportunities above £25,000 on Contracts Finder. Please consider signing up to an alert service.
- We advertise opportunities above the thresholds contained in the PCR 15 in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). Please consider signing up to an alert service.
- We make use of framework agreements such as those provided by Procurement for Housing, the South East Consortium, the Housing Association Legal Alliance and others. Please consider bidding for a place on a framework if you are interested in working for Wandle and other social housing organisations
