Home Ownership Administrator

Salary: £24,500 pa

Location: London, SE1

About the role

We are looking for a Home Ownership Administrator to assist in the provision of a proactive and customer focused Leasehold Management Service through the delivery of efficient and effective administration support.

Day to day, you will provide administrative support to the team including making sure all emails coming into our dedicated Leasehold Inbox are promptly responded to. You will be responsible for setting up new accounts and ensuring our new home owners receive a Welcome Pack. You will also assist with responding to general leasehold management enquiries including resales, right to acquire, service charges and help with checking our managing agent accounts. You will ensure all our systems and databases are accurate and kept up to date.

This is a varied and demanding role so the ability to work well under pressure and be a good team player is essential.

About you

The ideal candidate will be looking to build their career within Leasehold Management and will have:-

  • Experience of working in a front line customer, housing, or property management service
  • Commitment to providing a high quality service to our home owners
  • Ability to communicate effectively and have good written and numeracy skills
  • Experience working to tight deadlines and be able to work well when under pressure
  • IT skills including office applications and housing management systems
