Where We Work

Wandle has forged good working relationships with all the Boroughs surrounding its south London offices. We are Prefered Partners in the South East and South West London sub-regions and also are Strategic Partners in the South West sub-region.

London's rapidly escalating property values mean that many ordinary working people can't buy good quality affordable housing. That's why we provide a range or rented and low-cost home-ownership options.

Wandle's staff are encouraged to play an active role in the local community - chairing committees, sitting on the board of other housing associations and voluntary groups. We have also helped one local Borough to put together its Black Minority Ethnic (BME) Strategy.
