Residents' Association

Residents’ Associations represent residents on a particular estate or in specific housing schemes. These groups can be formally constituted or informal groups that are supported to develop at a pace that suits them.

• Anandi House, Earlsfield
• Byfield Close, Rotherhithe (represents residents from three housing associations)
• CR4 Residents' Association, Phipps Bridge Estate, Mitcham (represents residents of the housing associations for the estate)
• Gladstone Court, South Wimbledon
• Linden Grove, Southwark
• Queen Elizabeth House, Balham
• Redriff TA, Rotherhithe (represents resident and leaseholders of the six housing association that manage the estate)
• Sibford Court, Mitcham
• Wings Close, Sutton
