Tenant Satisfaction Measures – how we’re doing

(July – September 2025)

As well as publishing our full Tenant Satisfaction Measures annually, we are now sharing our progress every three months.

You can see how we’re trending against each measure below.

We’re really pleased that our overall satisfaction is moving upwards, and above our target for the end of year, as well as improvements in service and repairs related areas.

We’re doing less well on anti-social behaviour and complaint handling, and we’re looking at what’s going wrong here, and how we can do better.

We’ll share our Quarter 3 summary (October – December 2025) before the end of February.
