The L12 are a diverse group of community focused housing associations in London, uniquely committed to addressing the city’s housing crisis and supporting the city’s communities.
We are seen as integral to our communities and work with local government, and partners, to address issues and opportunities in our places. Knowing our communities has led us to deliver the highest proportion of social rented homes in our new build programs across the last decade.
We care about our homes as much as our residents do.
