Support for those in financial difficulty

What if I need help buying furniture and white goods?

If you are on a low income and have no access to savings, you can apply to our Helping Hand Fund for help with buying household essentials. The maximum grant is £400, however in exceptional circumstances we may consider a higher amount.

You could qualify for full or part payment for the cost of high-quality second-hand furniture, delivery, any installation needed and 12-month warranty. This offer is means tested, so those in employment can also apply.

Is there any help with sourcing food?

We are a referral partner for Trussell Trust Foodbanks. For anyone experiencing financial crisis or hardship, we can issue a food voucher to ensure you have access to food from your nearest foodbank.

Contact your customer services officer for more information, and we’ll get in touch about how to get started.

Are there other grants available?

The Trussell Trust also have a grants search that could help you find financial help through welfare benefits or grants. Check it out here.
