Privacy Statement

What it means

This is the main Privacy Statement that applies to most people that interact with Wandle.

We collect personal data to

  • Enable us to offer services to our customers
  • To monitor and improve the services we offer

We will only collect the personal data we need to deliver our services, and we hold and process it securely.

Generally, the information we collect is collected directly from you – for example when you apply for one of our homes, or you sign an agreement with us

While using information to offer our services, sometimes we share information about you and the people you live with to other organisation – for example contractors carrying our repairs, relevant Local Authority partners, or to another landlord if you are looking to move or exchange your home.

We will only ever keep your personal for the time it is required to provide you with services. Sometimes we are legally obliged to keep it for a set period of time after this, and you can ask us how long we keep it by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
