As well as publishing our full Tenant Satisfaction Measures annually, we are now sharing our progress every three months.
You can see how we’re trending against each measure below.
We’re really pleased that our overall satisfaction is moving upwards, and above our target for the end of year, as well as improvements in service and repairs related areas.
We recognise our antisocial behaviour results are not where we want them to be. We’ll be exploring this area in more detail and putting actions in place to improve them.
We’ll share our Quarter 4 summary (January- March 2026) before the end of April.
