If you are not happy with your service charge

If you are not happy with your service charge, the first thing to do is contact your neighbourhood customer service officer using this email: tenantservicecharges@wandle.com.

Please make sure you include in your email:

  • your full name
  • your address and post code
  • your phone number
  • details of your enquiry – it helps us to respond fully if you can be as precise as possible.

We will then investigate, and let you know what service charges you pay for and why. If you are still not happy or satisfied with our response, we will explain what you can do next.
