Making a payment

Depending on the terms of your tenancy agreement, you will need to pay your rent weekly, fortnightly or monthly in advance. If you pay weekly or fortnightly, please pay on a Monday.

What payment methods are available?

MyWandle

The simplest way of paying your rent is through MyWandle. If you do not want to use MyWandle, follow the instructions below. 

  • By direct debit or standing order. To set either of these up, please contact us on 0300 2000 120.
  • By telephone using a credit/debit card. Call 0330 041 6496 (this is not a freephone) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  This service is provided by Allpay.
  • By internet banking. Our account sort code is: 30-00-09 and the number is: 02900208. Please use the number on your Allpay card as the reference.
  • By cheque, made payable to Wandle HA and sent to our office. Please write your tenancy number and address and whether it is for rent or other charges on the back of the cheque.
